Sanville
Doug Sanville is a partner at Unison with more than 25 years
of combined business experience in corporate management, organizational
development and human resources development. Doug was cofounder
and principal of Leadership Ventures Group and Executive Ventures
Group, both dedicated to leadership consulting and building
high-performance teams. Doug was instrumental in the start
up and subsequent development of Celestial Seasonings into
the country's largest herbal tea manufacturer. He originated
and directed the human resources function for the company
and was responsible for numerous innovative and successful
employee programs in employee training, organizational development
and corporate communications.

Amber Ewing
Lara is an internationally recognized management consultant
and trainer with 20 years of experience in the areas of leadership,
communication and management. Lara develops leaders in performance
and communication by analyzing the underlying characteristics
of top performers and training others in those skills. Her

conflict resolution in teams, cross-cultural negotiation,
customer service telephone training and individual and team

David Freeman, CEO and founder of Whetstone
Consulting, helps leaders
design and implement systems that get people acting in alignment
with overall strategic goals. He specializes in collaborative
strategic planning, leadership training, sales management,
sales training, and coaching. David, a former lawyer, is an
experienced management consultant and facilitator who utilizes
a Balanced Scorecard approach to improve organizational and
business unit performance. He has worked with Global 50 companies
as well as small businesses and nonprofits and has industry
experience in technology, health care, insurance, manufacturing
and law.

L. Skjei
Susan Skjei has been consulting with leaders of businesses,
nonprofit organizations and government agencies for more than
15 years. She specializes in the areas of effective leadership,
engaging and mobilizing the workforce, organizational alignment
and change integration. She has designed and led large-scale
change initiatives for diverse client groups, including development
of core values and purpose, leadership competencies and succession
planning, strategic planning, process reengineering and improvement,
goal alignment and organization design. In her last corporate
position, Susan was vice president and chief learning officer
for StorageTek, a $2.4B provider of electronic storage solutions.

CEOs, executives and managers to help them articulate personal
and professional career goals and to implement these goals
effectively within their own organizations.
Val
Vadeboncoeur
Val is founder of Maverick Consulting and has served as a
senior consultant with Unison Business Development and Idea
Champions, a training and consulting firm focused on innovation,
teambuilding and visioning. Val recently developed two trainings
for intact work teams, Team Innovation, designed to help teams
reinvent themselves for the future, and Drumming Up Teamwork,
which features actual group hand-drumming as a metaphor and
starting point for team learnings. Val
has also worked with Inroads, Inc., which seeks to select
and prepare inner city youths for work in corporate America.
